Email and anti-spam policy

Formative Projects does not send unsolicited bulk email, and does not allow anyone else to.

• We do not advertise formative-projects.com, or any of our services or research, by unsolicited email. We do not buy, rent or scrape email lists.
• We have no affiliates, resellers or third parties who promote this website by email, and we will not appoint any.
• We email people only when they have contacted us, are existing clients or contacts, or have asked to hear from us (for example, by opting in to receive research findings).
• Every message we send identifies who we are, gives our postal address, and makes it easy to opt out. We honour opt-outs immediately and permanently.
• Research participants are recruited through organisations, publications and communities that choose to share our surveys with their own members or readers, not by unsolicited email from us.
• To report email you believe was sent in breach of this policy, contact charlie@formative-projects.com. We will investigate and respond within five working days.
